AnnaSophia Robb Reveals What She Learned From Carrie Bradshaw

AnnaSophia Robb has walked more than a mile in Carrie Bradshaw’s Manolos — and has learned a few style pointers along the way.

The 20-year-old, who stars as a young Carrie in The CW’s Sex and the City prequel, The Carrie Diaries, says playing the part has influenced her own fashion sense.

“I feel like I’ve been better at accessorizing, matching patterns and mixing patterns,” she told us at at a Ringling Bros. Circus event at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on Thursday.

However, she was quick to add it’s all because of the show’s costume designer, “But that’s not really from Carrie, that’s from Eric Daman.”

If she wants even more advice, she should consider asking the original Carrie, Sarah Jessica Parker — since she basically has the entire wardrobe from the original set!

“I’ve kept everything that didn’t come directly from a designer or wasn’t rented,” revealed the mom-of-three, who starred as the fashionista in six seasons and two films.

“Yes, I have it in archive.”

Speaking of SJP, when AnnaSophia nabbed the fashion-forward part, she revealed the actress sent her a note.

“She wrote me a letter when I landed the role wishing me luck and said she knew it was in good hands,” she said in December.

“It was very comforting.”

The young beauty might just need to let SJP reign again, though.

Why a Sex and the City 3 Could Be Absolutely Fabulous

It turns out a Sex and the City 3 could happen!

“A part of me thinks there is one last chapter to tell,” the 48-year-old shared.

And Sex and the City writer Michael Patrick King agrees: “I think there’s one chapter left.”
